- 2 3/4 c plain yoghurt
- 1˝ c peeled cucumber finely chopped
- 1˝ tsp salt - to taste
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder - to taste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 c cold milk
- 1/4 tsp dried mint leaves (optional)
Beat together yoghurt and milk until smooth and creamy. Add salt, chili powder and cumin seeds and mint. Mix with chopped cucumber. Serve slightly chilled with and rice dish or with other masala dishes
