  • 6 ½ c   Water
  • ¾ c      Sugar
  • 4 ½ c   Rhubarb
  •          Lemon

Bring water & sugar to boil.  Add rhubarb and simmer 5 minutes.  Drain 10 minutes.  Add lemon juice.  Put in fridge for 4 hours or freezer for 1 hour.
