2 c raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1-2 T olive oil
1 large onion finely diced
1-2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 green or red pepper finely diced
4 c cooked tomatoes
¾ t salt
1T sugar (brown)
1/8 t cloves
1 bay leaf
1 c sautéed mushrooms
Dash tobasco sauce
½ lime squeezed
Put olive oil in pan and sauté onion, peppers and garlic. Add tomatoes, salt, sugar, cloves and bay leaf. Add mushrooms, lime juice and Tobasco sauce. When bubbling, add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until shrimp is cooked. Do not overcook. Any other seafood can be used.
