Alton Village

Alton Village is the newest development in Burlington.  Located between Walker’s Line and Appleby to the east and west and Dundas Street and the 407 as the north and south borders.

This area follows the new guidelines of Live/Work in the City of Burlington.  There is a commercial area, detached homes, townhouses, live-work townhomes and condo apartments, all part of the new planning to have people live and work in the same area.

There are three large shopping areas at Dundas and Appleby which include Wallmart, Winners and various shops and restaurants.   At Dundas and Walker’s Line there is a Longo’s, a medical clinic and several restaurants and shops.

Alton Village is a well planned neighbourhood and is still growing.  It provides quick access to the 407 highway and Dundas Street.  It is designed as a great family community.
